International Buyers--We only ship USPS Priority Mail Express International, FedEx Expedited Global Shipping and UPS Worldwide Express to guarantee prompt delivery and door to door tracking ability. This creates a chain of possession which both parties can track. These shippers also help to prevent lost packages. However there are certain countries where tracking, insurance and prompt delivery are unfortunately not available. By choosing any of these shipping methods, you (the Buyer) understand the risk of the package (your Item) being held in your countries customs office where you (the Buyer) are responsible for Tariffs fees and/or Taxes owed. However I am offering the alternative should you decide to choose so.
NOTE: I will NOT accept nor refund returned items that are rejected by you (the Buyer) or being returned because you (the Buyer) does not pay their fees and taxes required by Customs. Nor are there refunds for not picking up your item from the appropriate office in a timely manner. If the item is returned it will be considered abandoned, thus it is not eligible for a refund.
A) I have no control over the time of arrival or manner, that is solely upon your (the buyer's) decision of shipping.
B) I cannot be held responsible for items not received due to your (the Buyer) choice of shipping and here-by state this clearly.
